Bushwacker Ecotours:

Cancellations received within 48 hours of tour departure incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 24 hours of tour departure incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Captain Cook Cruises:

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit. within 15-29 days; 50% of fare. 14 days or less; 100% of fare. no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare. Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Sunrover Tours:

Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied. No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase. If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.

Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:

Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time. Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.

Brisbane Cruises:

72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded. Four and six weeks is required for special events.

1770 LARC! Tours:

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to departure – fully refundable Cancellation made inside 24 hrs prior to departure – 20% cancellation fee Cancellation or no show on day of tour – 100% non refundable (If Cancellation is due to legitimate reasons (sickness etc) we are happy to offer a voucher to the value of cancelled tour valid for 6 months) If customer wishes to transfer tour booking on day of departure - $12 per person transfer fee to cover catering costs. If tours are cancelled by 1770 Environmental Tours due to rough weather policy, tour is fully refundable.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Brisbane:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply when a booking is cancelled with between 72 and 24 hours notice. Cancellation fee of 100% may apply for a tour cancelled within 24 hours of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Sky Dance Airways:

Our Adventure Aircraft and Mother Nature play in the same skies and so naturally your flight is subject to weather and other operational requirements. If your flight is canceled due to these reasons you may rescheduled to a later date subject to availability. Flights are also fully transferable between your friends and family if you can not fly for any reason. You may also transfer or reschedule flights or adventures so long as you give a minimum of 5 days notice. Rescheduling is also subject to availability. Flights canceled with less than 5 days notice may have some costs associated. We greatly appreciate any referrals or reviews you may give us.
